An answer to my own question.

Hello Again, I went off the "deep end" with my question about the Kato track plastic.  I decided to STOP making a Mountain our of a Mole HILL! I did not even have to go out yesterday to buy that Dap caulk that was suggested. I am also a Pack-Rat of sorts and I remembered I had...

Re: N scale buildings from Al.

Hello Again,
Thank you a bunch for that print info, and especially the card stock.
I saved some cereal boxes and did a small garage/shed. WOW. The cereal box I used was way too thick to "easily" cut out with a new xacto blade.
Thanks,
Indy Bob

N scale buildings from Al.

Hello, I have downloaded some building from Al and maybe I should be on a " computer forum " in asking this question. I understand that the downloads as received are for HO gauge, and for N gauge I saw somewhere to " reduce by 54 %" I want to stop wasting ink so I want to make an...

Re: Applying several colors of turf question.

Thanks for your info on the diluted spray glue. That video was very good, but that guy did forget to mention the over-spray of diluted glue. As a total newbie at 80, I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks again,
Indy Grandpa

Applying several colors of turf question.

Hello A newbie here again. I watched a video of a guy brushing on a diluted Matte Mod-Pod ge of 1 part Glue to 3 Water. He sprinkled on about 3 or 4 different colors of Fine Woodland turf. For more texture, he added about 3 other colors of Coarse Turf. Then some bushes he glued on with non -diluted ...

Re: Couplers on Different Brands

Hello Dick, and thanks for your very good information. It is enough to keep me out of "the tall weeds" and wasting money buying the wrong cars. I have finished my 4 x 6 table but the 1/4" ply is not glued in place yet. I have been running my train and marking measurements down for tra...

Re: Electrical Problem at, OR because of a turnout install?

Thank You SealionSteve. I made an ''executive decision" and put some chores on hold, so I could work on the layout and try what you said . I was anxious because it just clicked when you said to drop a feeder AFTER the track divided. And WALLA,.... it is working :!: . Thanks so much, Indy...
