My wife and I have decided to make model train building our joint hobby. It was my hobby years ago and I have fond memories of hours passing as I engaged with it. Now, decades later, I want to build again. But, suspect that techniques and equipment may have changed. Any assistance you can provide about getting us started is appreciated. I prefer to avoid developing non-productive habits. We plan to build on two 20″ x 77″ wood doors (hollow). Thank you.
