“My favorite tip is when you want an asphalt road, use black chalk board paint and then white powder like talc or chalk to give it that perfect grey of weathered roads.
Beginners are always too ambitious about inclines and declines.
Lots of testing of the track with the trains it is going to have on it is best before the scenery goes on.
